Tyson Fury wants to end Haye’s career
Tyson Fury is a man on a mission and his next target is English boxing great David Haye, and the younger Englishman wants to end the career of the former Heavyweight champion. The unbeaten English Heavyweight fighter takes on the challenge of Steve Cunningham at the fabled Madison Square Garden Arena in a match he is the hands down favorite to win. And Fury has already turned his attention in a Battle of Britain super fight against Haye.
The 24 year old stated that the best fights in boxing are those between domestic rivals because the whole country would be up for it. He went on to mention that if Haye takes on the challenge and fights him, he will never set foot inside a boxing ring anymore, adding that he is too young, too fast and too god for The Haymaker and asserted that he will knock him out and destroy him.
Fury, who will be taking his bow in the United States of America with the match against Cunningham stated that it was a dream for him to cross the pond and fight in America and mentioned that the fans in the United States absolutely love him and love the fact that he outspoken. He stated that he believes he has shocked Cunningham quite a lot but it wouldn’t make much of a difference because he will be absolutely destroyed.
He even ventured to punt that he will knock Cunningham out in six or seven rounds of the bout. David Haye, on the other hand, has been lobbying for a match against either of the Klitschko brothers ever since he lost the World Boxing Association or the WBA Heavyweight Championship, but to no avail and so, Fury is a match he could use to keep him fresh too.
