Muhammad Ali, the great boxing legend is soon going to turn 73.
He had been admitted to the hospital a month back, with a serious urinary tract infection. Initially the infection was thought to be a mild symptom of pneumonia, but was later confirmed that to be a urinary infection.
The infection was severe but has now healed and he has recovered. He has been discharged from the hospital and has come back home. The entire family of Muhammad has been greatly appreciating all the support and well wishes that have been bestowed. On three separate occasions, Muhammad became the world champion. During his boxing career he has won 56 of his 61 fights. He has been regarded as one of the best heavy weight player of all time. There was a time which was considered to be the golden age of boxing especially heavy-weight boxing, and Muhammad had successfully defeated all his major rivals then.
He is not a person who makes too many public appearances. Last year in September he had attended a ceremony in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, for the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards.
Though he makes rare appearances in public, he still will hold a strong name and position in the world of world boxing.
